The Cybersecurity Lead shall oversee cybersecurity operations, RMF compliance, vulnerability management, incident response, and security engineering activities supporting enterprise systems and applications for a major IT services contract for the U.S. Army.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience.
  • Experience supporting RMF and DoD cybersecurity programs.
  • Experience with vulnerability management tools and SIEM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of DISA STIGs and security hardening.
  • Security+ CE minimum
  • Active Secret clearance required.

Nice To Haves

  • CISSP certification.
  • Experience supporting Army or DoD cybersecurity operations centers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cybersecurity operations supporting classified and unclassified environments.
  • Manage RMF Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities and ATO packages.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate incident response and remediation activities.
  • Manage cybersecurity documentation and artifacts.
  • Oversee vulnerability scanning, patch management, and compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate with system, network, and development teams to remediate findings.
