About The Position

West Monroe is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Cybersecurity and Cloud & Infrastructure team aligned to our Technology and Experience (TechEx) Practice. As a Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to tackle business challenges using technology, including Cloud, Networking, End User Computing and Collaboration, and Cybersecurity. You will gain hands-on experience across projects, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, and deployment, while collaborating directly with clients across various industries. As a Cybersecurity and Cloud & Infrastructure Consultant, you will work with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs, and engage in specialized focus areas such as Cybersecurity Strategy, Cybersecurity Hardening and Risk Remediation, Cloud Migrations, Infrastructure Modernization, IT Strategy, IT Integration/Deployments for M&A Transactions, and Custom-Developed Product Risk Management. You’ll contribute to safeguarding clients' investments, enhancing the resiliency of critical technology infrastructures, and providing comprehensive solutions to complex business problems.

Ability and willingness to travel (up to 50%); travel expenses covered by West Monroe
Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs
