About The Position

Accenture Security is a rapidly growing area of our business, with the global Cyber Investigation and Forensic Response (CIFR) practice playing a key role in helping clients prepare for, respond to, and recover from significant cyber incidents. We provide 24/7 incident response services to a growing base of enterprise customers worldwide, offering expertise to multinational clients and contributing to thought leadership. This role will support the revenue pipeline, manage individual sales cycles, and assist with opportunities from inception to closure. The specialist will also maintain client and client team relationships post-close, acting as a liaison between clients, sales, and delivery teams. Key responsibilities include managing pipeline cadence, proposal development, opportunity tracking, stakeholder communication, and CRM maintenance. Additionally, the role will drive client success operations, including onboarding coordination, QBR preparation, account health monitoring, renewal/expansion pipeline management, reporting, and continuous relationship improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Cybersecurity field.
  • Highly organized with at least 3 years of strong project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted client relationships to enhance the client experience with cybersecurity response partnership and long-term risk management.
  • Design, implement, and refine the sales cycle process and post-close engagement model for seamless operations from Stage 0 through renewal.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, delivery, and technical teams, as well as client stakeholders, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal client teams and clients, earning the trust of key decision-makers, technical leads, and executive sponsors.
  • Support broader sales efforts, including proposals, pursuits, and pipeline development.
  • Continuously grow knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, client industry dynamics, and consultative sales best practices.
  • Liaise between client, sales, and delivery teams.
  • Manage pipeline cadence, proposal development, opportunity tracking, stakeholder communication, and CRM hygiene.
