About The Position

This is a temporary project role for a Cybersecurity Awareness Training Coordinator, estimated to last 12+ months with possible extensions. The position requires 100% of the time to be spent at the Client's site in Plantation, FL. This is a non-negotiable requirement, and candidates must be able to relocate as required. The role involves providing operational and execution support for enterprise cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives, including role-based training, phishing simulations, and awareness campaigns. The coordinator will also conduct research on cybersecurity risks and industry practices, maintain training materials, track metrics, and support audit and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Plantation, FL (required).
• Experience supporting structured training or cybersecurity awareness programs in a corporate environment.
• Experience with cybersecurity risk research and industry practices.
• Experience coordinating with cybersecurity SMEs, learning partners, internal teams, and vendors.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and execution support for enterprise cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives, including role-based training, phishing simulations, and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate training activities with cybersecurity SMEs, learning partners, internal teams, and vendors to ensure successful program delivery.
• Conduct research on cybersecurity risks and industry practices to support program development.
• Maintain training materials and documentation in alignment with organizational standards.
• Track metrics and program effectiveness to support ongoing improvements.
• Support audit and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
• Ensure successful delivery of programs aligned with organizational standards.
