As our global footprint continues to expand, we're seeking a skilled and passionate Cybersecurity Analyst to help protect our people, systems, and data from evolving cyber threats. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll work across security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, cloud security, and identity governance. You'll collaborate with internal teams, managed security partners, and business stakeholders to strengthen our security posture while helping drive a culture of cybersecurity awareness throughout the organization. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of technical IT experience, including: At least 3 years focused on cybersecurity operations, incident response, threat hunting, or security engineering.
• Proven experience working within a Security Operations Center (SOC), enterprise security team, or managed security environment.
• Security+ certification required (or ability to obtain within six months of hire).
• Strong knowledge of: Threat detection and incident response, Network and host-based intrusion analysis, Malware analysis and remediation, Enterprise networking and security architecture.
• Experience with: Windows and Linux environments, Active Directory and Microsoft Intune, Virtualization technologies, Cloud environments (AWS and Azure).
• Familiarity with: PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages, MITRE ATT&CK framework, Security monitoring and threat intelligence platforms.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and respond effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with a customer-focused approach and a passion for continuous learning.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice To Haves

• CySA+, CISSP, GIAC, or other advanced cybersecurity certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity technologies, including: Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Cloud Security (AWS & Azure), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Data Security and Vulnerability Management solutions.
• Continuously monitor the security environment to identify, investigate, and mitigate threats.
• Serve as a key point of contact for escalated alerts from Managed Detection and Response (MDR) providers.
• Investigate security incidents, perform threat analysis, and execute containment, remediation, and recovery actions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and effective communication during security events.
• Develop, maintain, and refine incident response playbooks and procedures.
• Participate in tabletop exercises and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen organizational resilience.
• Support proactive threat hunting and cybersecurity readiness activities.
• Coordinate and manage network, server, application, and cloud vulnerability assessments.
• Track remediation efforts and collaborate with system owners to reduce risk.
• Support compliance initiatives aligned with security frameworks such as NIST and assist with audit preparation and evidence collection.
• Assist with access reviews, user provisioning, and identity lifecycle activities.
• Help ensure secure authentication and authorization practices across the enterprise.
• Manage security awareness training programs and phishing simulation campaigns.
• Help foster a security-first culture through education, communication, and engagement initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior cybersecurity team members.
• Partner with IT, compliance, infrastructure, and business teams to build secure and scalable solutions.
