About The Position

SAIC is hiring for a Cybersecurity Analyst in Anaheim, CA. This is a Hybrid position. The Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, securing and reporting findings of security incidents on our clients' computing systems, networks, and environments. Will be responsible for leading remediation efforts, ensuring the environment follows industry best practices for security posture and recommending security solutions. Will utilize information gathered from monitoring, scanning and other security sources to evaluate current security stance. For example, a vulnerability reported in the scanning system will be evaluated for risk based upon established criteria. The Cybersecurity Analyst will then report that vulnerability to the responsible team and track the remediation efforts for reporting to the client. This position may be called upon to recommend security relevant solutions or industry standard security protocols such as 802.1x for network device authentication.
