Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. This is a Full-Time, Exempt position located in Huntsville, AL, with some travel expected (10%). U.S. Citizenship is required, and candidates must possess a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance with the eligibility for Top Secret.

Requirements

Bachelors in STEM / Program Management / Cyber-related field or equivalent from an accredited institution with at least 5 Years of cyber management experience
Acceptable alternative: Bachelor's degree in other than STEM / Cyber-related field with 7 years DoD cyber experience and knowledge demonstrated in cyber and missile defense related or other complex, large DoD Programs/Projects.
Acceptable alternative: Associates degree in STEM / Cyber-related field w/ 10 years DoD cyber experience and knowledge demonstrated in cyber and missile defense related or other complex, large DoD Programs/Projects.
IAM II Certification prior to accepting position - no exceptions.
eMASS Certification prior to accepting position - no exceptions.

Responsibilities

Applies knowledge of cybersecurity policy, procedures, and workforce structure to develop, implement, and maintain a cyber‑secure enclave environment.
Relies on extensive experience and sound judgment to plan, execute, and accomplish enclave‑level security objectives.
Leads cybersecurity management and operations for assigned enclaves, systems, and sites.
Analyzes customer requirements to develop product schedules, set milestones, manage on‑time delivery, and provide guidance on improving cyber policies, processes, and procedures.
Manages POA&M items and maintains security documentation, authorization status, and continuous monitoring in eMASS.
Demonstrates working knowledge of RMF, Computer Network Defense, and Vulnerability Management.
Uses cybersecurity tools (ACAS, ESS, Tanium, SIEM, eMASS) to produce accurate reports and deliverables.
Conducts comprehensive quality control reviews to maintain high standards across the project lifecycle.
Develops and delivers executive‑level briefings for senior leadership.
Trains and mentors IAM and IAT personnel with equal or lower certification levels, reporting to IAM III or government leadership on enclave operational requirements.
