As a Cybersecurity Administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring all Potter Global Technologies Cybersecurity Tools and Services to ensure the safe and secure operation of our organization. This role works closely with team members across the Information Technology Department to properly identify, investigate, and address issues indicated by our Cybersecurity Applications or external monitoring services. It also serves as a primary point of contact for all Cybersecurity partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely response. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer & Management Information Systems, or an equivalent program.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Cyber Security role.
  • Experience remediating end‑point virus‑related issues, addressing network/email virus issues, and supporting end‑user Cyber Training.
  • A demonstrated desire to continue growing and developing Cyber skills.
  • Knowledge of endpoint protection concepts.
  • Knowledge of network protection concepts.
  • Knowledge of email protection concepts.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Endpoint Protection and Email Security products.
  • Experience with Arctic Wolf.
  • Experience with end‑user Cyber Training.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the Arctic Wolf Dashboard and work to maintain our Cybersecurity Risk Score below the industry standard.
  • Address all identified risks from the Arctic Wolf Dashboard, collaborating with other IT Department members as needed.
  • Monitor all Sentinel One dashboards and resolve any issues identified, partnering with IT team members when necessary.
  • Stay current on NIST and CIS standards to support ongoing compliance and best‑practice alignment.
  • Work collaboratively to review and update our Cybersecurity Policies on an annual basis.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones.
