About The Position

CTG is seeking a CyberArk PAM Engineer (IAM Consultant) to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM), including design, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and production support of CyberArk self-hosted environments. This is an onsite position in Dallas, TX, requiring candidates to work onsite 3-5 days per week. No travel and lodging are provided. The duration of the contract is 8 months.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM / PAS self-hosted platform.
  • Expertise designing, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting CyberArk Vault, DR Vault, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PVWA, CP, and CCP.
  • Experience with CyberArk disaster recovery architecture and load balancer configurations.
  • Experience with privileged account discovery, onboarding, and management.
  • Strong knowledge of privileged access management, credential management, and IAM security concepts.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex CyberArk issues and providing secure access solutions during platform availability challenges.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or cybersecurity engineering.
  • Extensive hands-on experience implementing and supporting CyberArk solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Experience delivering IAM solutions, troubleshooting production issues, and providing technical guidance to stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience onboarding various PSM and non-PSM use cases.
  • Experience supporting privileged accounts across Windows, Linux, Oracle, SQL Server, web applications, and service accounts.
  • Experience providing IAM consulting services and integrating IAM solutions with enterprise application portfolios.
  • CyberArk certifications or related IAM security certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, install, configure, and support CyberArk PAM solutions including Vault, DR Vault, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PVWA, CP, and CCP.
  • Implement CyberArk solutions in clustered architectures with focus on availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.
  • Support DR architecture, load balancing configurations, failover, and failback activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve privileged access, password management, permissions, and authentication issues.
  • Configure and support Credential Provider, Central Credential Provider, PSM custom connectors, and session management.
  • Perform privileged account discovery and onboarding using CyberArk PAS self-hosted solutions.
  • Support onboarding of privileged accounts across Windows, Linux, Oracle, SQL Server, web applications, service accounts, and other target platforms.
  • Provide IAM consulting expertise for solution design, implementation, customization, configuration, and production support.
  • Support identity lifecycle management, least privilege access models, and secure access solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve complex IAM issues while integrating IAM services with enterprise application environments.
