About The Position

Serve as a subject matter expert specializing in the implementation of cyber workforce policy for a DoW client. Oversee the development and coordination of strategic guidance to advance the DoW cyber workforce. Provide expertise to improve cyber human capital and management practices. Transform talent through the implementation of a new human capital program to grow cyber professionals for the DoW. Serve as a trusted advisor with government leaders to develop workforce solutions that address complex talent challenges.

Requirements

10+ years of experience working in a professional environment
5+ years of experience driving strategic initiatives
Experience with leading the development or implementation of strategic guidance
Knowledge of DoD 8140
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with OSD or the federal government
Experience with human capital programs
Experience as a policy SME, including in cyber workforce strategy, policy, and governance
Ability to develop and present briefings on strategy, policy, and governance activities
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
TS/SCI clearance
