Requirements

7+ years' engineering experience in cyber tools.
A CISSP, GCIA, GCIH or equivalent certification is required.
Strong knowledge of tool administration, APIs, log ingestion, scripting.
A minimum Secret security clearance is required to be considered for this position with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

A vendor specific certification in Splunk, Tenable, Elastic, Linux, Cloud, etc. is preferred.
A Master's degree in any field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversees deployment, maintenance, and optimization of cybersecurity tools
Oversees the maturity of tools supporting scanning, SIEM, log aggregation, endpoint management, and orchestration.
Ensures cybersecurity engineers align implementations with DoS enterprise standards.
Works with architecture teams to plan upgrades and new tool deployments.
Tool lifecycle management
Configuration baseline enforcement
Tool tuning and dashboard oversight
Integration planning with production environments
Vendor coordination for tool support
