About The Position

GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced expert Cyber Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below: The resource will manage ongoing operational efforts in coordination with relevant teams and exercise judgment with a counterintelligence focus. The resource will provide support for targeting efforts, including maintaining taskings and assisting human intelligence and technical operations. The resource will use available information and research to identify potential sources and leads and provide written reports on the findings and supporting data. The resource will stay up to date with relevant skills and tools used for information gathering and analysis. The resource will prepare and edit written and electronic communications for various audiences. The resource will manager and coordinate internal and external communications through various channels. The resource may be required to travel within and outside the country to provide support as directed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with a minimum of 11 years of experience in targeting or related fields; and at least 6 years of experience supporting operational or technical teams in a targeting role.
  • Demonstrated experience in targeting cyber disciplines and/or targets for HUMINT or technical projects, including blended operations that combine HUMINT and technical capabilities. This experience should include: conducting selectors correlations, developing network diagrams, and nominating and monitoring selectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting in-depth research and detailed analysis on network presence, to establish technical and HUMINT leads.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining relationships with the customer and other organizations to facilitate the sharing of leads and support coordinated efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience in authoring cables and other written products, including trace responses, talking points, and targeting strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience using a variety of analytical tools and platforms for data analysis and targeting purposes.
  • Demonstrated experience in using SIGINT to support projects and research requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting liaison partnerships on cyber projects.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting technical development.
  • A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience in providing actionable leads and detailed targeting packages to support technical, HUMINT, and blended operations.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of computer networks and associated devices, and best practices of computer networks.
  • Demonstrated experience and track record of excellence in assessment of cyber projects, preferably in China or Russia.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cooperative contacts and supporting engagements with industry.
  • Demonstrated experience and the ability to TDY in support of liaison engagements.
