As an Cyber Technical Analyst, a typical day will include the following duties: Description GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cyber Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below. Assist the customer both in the active collection of data and in the analysis of collected data. Provide timely, concise, and accurate feedback, and analysis to the customer, and be prepared to present data and findings on an as-needed basis. Draft and coordinate data and findings in customer systems. Assist in the preparation of responses to senior level taskings/requirements.

Requirements

  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
  • 8-10 years of experience
  • US Citizen
  • active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Foreign language skills (spoken, written, or reading). Specifically Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Farsi.
  • Experience working counterintelligence areas.
  • Experience in cyber collection and HUMINT.
  • Working knowledge of telecommunications, including cellular networks and computer networks.
  • Experience monitoring and keeping track of ongoing efforts and ongoing communication with stations, bases, and other IC elements.
  • SOO experience or with any organizational skills background.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the customer both in the active collection of data and in the analysis of collected data.
  • Provide timely, concise, and accurate feedback, and analysis to the customer, and be prepared to present data and findings on an as-needed basis.
  • Draft and coordinate data and findings in customer systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of responses to senior level taskings/requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in the ability to utilize an array of Targeting tools/databases for operational leads in support of technical projects.
  • Demonstrate experience assimilating and evaluating large amounts of data drawn from areas such as, but not limited to, all- source traces, technical projects, and imagery.
  • Demonstrated experience converting data into actionable project leads.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining contacts with the appropriate customer, other USG organizations, and IC partners to effectively support/coordinate the sharing of leads.
  • Demonstrated experience having strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills when presenting results of project research.
  • Demonstrated experience and familiarity with customer data repositories.
  • Demonstrated experience working with the customer and IC targeting tools and databases.
  • Demonstrated experience in the ability to work as a "self-starter" and to steer a targeting program with minimal top-down guidance on specific target prioritization or preferred targeting methods.
