About The Position

This entry level Cyber Systems Security Engineering position will support multiple programs in the Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors (IWSS) Line of Business (LOB). Responsibilities include supporting the evaluation of infrastructure design in the are of cybersecurity, supporting certification and vulnerability analysis of systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related STEM degree from an accredited college or university.
Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Nice To Haves

8570 IAT II Certification (Security+)
Understanding of cybersecurity principles, including risk analysis and information assurance.
Experience with troubleshooting computer hardware and networks.
Proficiency with Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance, including applying STIGs, validating configurations, and documenting findings.
Scripting experience (e.g. Python, Bash, Perl, PowerShell)
Experience performing vulnerability analysis
Experience with Cybersecurity Tools (e.g. Splunk, Tenable, Trellix)
Risk Management Framework (RMF) knowledge, including development and maintenance of key artifacts such as System Security Plan (SSP), Plan of Action & Milestones (PoA&M), Security Assessment Report (SAR), and Continuous Monitoring
