Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting federal cybersecurity, cyber risk management, enterprise architecture, or related mission environments.
  • Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs, cyber operations, or cyber supply chain risk management initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, or related guidance.
  • Experience translating technical cybersecurity findings and risks into executive-level recommendations and actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders, teams, and organizations in complex federal environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise modernization, systems integration, or secure technical solution development.
  • Active TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • CISSP, CISM, PMP, AWS, Azure, or comparable industry certifications.
  • Experience supporting DHS, CISA, US-CERT, NCCIC, FASC, or related federal cybersecurity organizations.
  • Familiarity with cyber supply chain risk management (SCRM), vendor risk analysis, or acquisition security processes.
  • Experience supporting secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) or software supply chain security initiatives.
  • Experience working within hybrid cloud or enterprise collaboration environments.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior technical advisor supporting enterprise cybersecurity and cyber supply chain risk management initiatives across federal stakeholders.
  • Lead the design, modernization, and enhancement of secure enterprise solutions, workflows, and collaboration environments supporting mission operations.
  • Translate cybersecurity risks, vendor assessments, policy requirements, and mission needs into actionable technical strategies and architectures.
  • Provide strategic guidance on enterprise IT ecosystems, secure system integration, interoperability, and mission resilience.
  • Support coordination across technical, operational, acquisition, and governance stakeholders to align priorities and drive unified outcomes.
  • Develop executive-level briefings, governance materials, dashboards, decision packages, and technical documentation for senior leadership.
  • Advise on cybersecurity governance, secure software development practices, third-party/vendor risk management, and federal compliance requirements.
  • Support incident response coordination and risk mitigation efforts related to cyber threats, supply chain concerns, and emerging vulnerabilities.
  • Contribute to long-term capability development, modernization planning, and innovation initiatives supporting evolving mission priorities.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including cybersecurity, engineering, intelligence, operations, acquisition, and program leadership.
