We’re seeking a dynamic Cyber Service Delivery Lead to play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge cyber capabilities for the Department of Homeland Security’s Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program. As the Cyber Service Delivery Lead (Service Delivery Manager), you will oversee the seamless delivery of continuous monitoring solutions through a cloud-based shared service. Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of federal agencies, you’ll manage client relationships, lead project planning and implementation, and ensure ongoing operational excellence. This role demands strong project management skills, the ability to engage with senior executives, and a passion for driving innovation in cybersecurity. This position is located in one of CGI Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA or Lafayette, LA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship (due to government contract requirements).
  • 5–8 years of experience managing IT or cybersecurity projects.
  • Proven experience leading IT implementations and working with government clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and critical path analysis.
  • Strong ability to build relationships across all organizational levels and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience conducting government SELC gate reviews.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all task order deliverables for assigned agencies, including Agency Cutover Plans and SELC documentation.
  • Conduct SELC gate reviews and coordinate client communications.
  • Support budgeting and resource planning for agency cutovers, including cost estimates for hardware, software, and cloud services.
  • Maintain detailed project schedules and provide updates to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Ensure compliance with program timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with training, governance, and change management teams to tailor CDM materials for agency needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for scheduling and coordination.
  • Participate in roadmap and innovation sessions.
  • Monitor and mitigate project risks and issues.
