We are seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to join our team in our Oak Ridge, TN office. Your role involves supporting the development, maintenance, review, and revision of cybersecurity policies, procedures, plans, standards, and other program documentation in accordance with DOE cybersecurity requirements. You will assist with the preparation and management of Risk Management Approach (RMA) documentation, support the development and maintenance of Interim Authority to Operate (IATO) and Authority to Operate (ATO) documentation packages, and maintain Cybersecurity Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), tracking actions, commitments, and deliverables. The role also includes coordinating cybersecurity inspections, assessments, reviews, and audits, collaborating with subject matter experts to gather information for compliance documentation, and developing, editing, and managing cybersecurity reports and correspondence. Additionally, you will assist with document control, version management, records retention, and configuration management. This position supports the implementation of DOE cybersecurity requirements for various information systems and ensures cybersecurity program records remain current and audit-ready. You will track assignments, prioritize deadlines, and support multiple cybersecurity initiatives simultaneously, while also supporting the execution of Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) guiding principles and the Isotek Safety Culture. This role provides documentation, compliance, coordination, and administrative support for the Department of Energy (DOE) Cybersecurity Program, assisting cybersecurity specialists and program personnel in developing, maintaining, and coordinating cybersecurity documentation, processes, and compliance activities to meet federal and DOE requirements. Other duties as assigned.
