Cyber Security Project Manager - TS/SCI FSPG
About The Position
Utilize cyber security and technical operations knowledge and expertise to support the Sponsor’s mission. Coordinate and facilitate technical exchange meetings to determine customer needs and validate complex requests. Compose technical documents evaluating cyber and technical projects, analyze and develop solutions for integrating cyber data sets with Sponsor IT systems, and provide insight into IT and cyber security trends relevant to the Sponsor’s mission. Evaluate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and open-source cyber tools for integration with existing IT systems. Develop and provide the Sponsor with a roadmap for process improvement activities, lead those activities, and track progress of technical processes. Serve on the Sponsor’s Front Office support team and provide input to the Sponsor’s technical review process.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience supporting initiatives spanning organizations and internal and external mission partners.
- Demonstrated experience with cyber security research, analysis, and forensic techniques to exploit technical data.
- Demonstrated ability to gather data, analyze user needs, and determine, recommend, and implement project plans and proposals for operational integration.
- Demonstrated experience with networking and computer security.
- Demonstrated experience creating strategic plans, technical project plans, and roadmaps.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with technical and non-technical personnel verbally and through presentations.
- Demonstrated experience with technical operations development and support to a cyber mission.
- Demonstrated experience working with Sponsor field offices.
- GIAC Certified Penetration Tester (GPEN), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or equivalent certification.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
