About The Position

Koniag Emerging Technologies, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Cyber Security Program Manager with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KET and our government customer in Washington, DC. The Cyber Program Manager supports the DoW OSW R&E CDAO JADC2 team by providing cyber operations, cybersecurity, intelligence, and program/project leadership expertise. The position leads and coordinates cyber-related efforts across technical, operational, security, and stakeholder communities; develops decision-quality documentation and briefings; and supports planning, execution, and oversight of mission priorities. The successful candidate combines practical cyber operations and cybersecurity experience with strong communication, team leadership, planning, and customer-engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Cyber Lead for assigned OSW R&E CDAO cyber initiatives, coordinating technical, operational, security, intelligence, and mission stakeholders.
Apply knowledge of cyber operations, cybersecurity, and intelligence mission environments to inform planning, requirements, risk management, and execution.
Lead the development, review, and coordination of cyber-related plans, project schedules, requirements, status reports, decision papers, and executive-level briefings.
Develop and maintain cybersecurity documentation and authorization artifacts, including Bodies of Evidence (BOEs), security artifacts, data connection documentation, Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs), Interconnection Security Agreements (ISAs), and related packages.
Support cybersecurity compliance, risk management, and system authorization activities in coordination with Information System Security Managers (ISSMs), Information System Security Officers (ISSOs), system owners, engineers, and authorizing officials.
Use and support the use of Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) for cybersecurity package development, tracking, reporting, and authorization workflow management.
Advise leadership on cyber risk, dependencies, operational impacts, security posture, and potential courses of action.
Support Red Cell activities, including alternative analysis, challenge functions, risk identification, and assessment of assumptions related to cyber mission planning and execution.
