About The Position

Our Global Counter Threat Operations team is rapidly expanding, and we are seeking a senior level security professional to join our team. This role will lead and coordinates Information Security teams to build and enhance enterprise blue and red team operations, including breach and attack simulation, threat hunting, and incident response. Success in this role depends on close collaboration with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to continuously strengthen the organization's security posture.

Requirements

10+ years of professional Informational Technology and/or Information Security experience.
5+ years of large enterprise experience focused on Cyber Security Operations.
Broad knowledge in the technical landscape and defense in-depth infrastructure.
In-depth knowledge of exploitation, post-exploitation, and attack tools
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build and expand relationships across the enterprise.
Experience performing host, network, and log analysis from a variety of sources and platforms.
Effective in collaboration with teams in remote offices and globally.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate Information Security teams to design, enhance, and manage new or improved cyber operation technologies.
Work in collaborative cross-functional teams to accomplish high-impact objectives for the enterprise.
Develop, maintain, and enhance world-class infrastructure for conducting blue and red team operations.
Perform deep network forensics, host forensics, and malware analysis in support of incident investigations.
Contributes to all phases of breach and attack simulation, Red/Purple Team, and Cyber Deception operations.
Provide guidance to GCCR members for scoped operations and input into enterprise reaching projects.
Collaborate with GCCR Leaders to improves processes and tooling to ensure continued development in the ever-changing threat-landscape.
Apply both red team (Red team, threat simulation) and blue team (threat hunt, incident response) skills to continuously identify gaps and strengthen the enterprise security posture.
Coordinates with organizational leads and stakeholders to enhance response and remediation times
