About The Position

Falls Technology is hiring a team of seven to engineer, secure, and integrate mission systems. The team includes four Cyber Security Project Engineers, one Cyber Security Project Manager, one Cyber Security Systems Integrator, and one Project Integrator. Applicants should indicate which role fits them best. The position is full-time and on-site in McLean, Virginia, and requires an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph and U.S. citizenship. The work covers security engineering and integration across mission systems from design through operations, including security architecture, system hardening, vulnerability management, and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) under the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Project management and integrator roles also plan, schedule, and coordinate integration work across teams and track risks, dependencies, and delivery.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
U.S. citizenship.
Hands-on cyber security engineering or integration experience on mission systems.
Working knowledge of security architecture, system hardening, and vulnerability management.
Assessment and Authorization / Risk Management Framework experience.
For project management and integrator roles, experience leading technical projects or system integration efforts.

Responsibilities

Engineer and integrate security across mission systems from design through operations.
Shape and review security architecture for new and existing systems.
Harden systems and apply secure configuration baselines.
Manage vulnerability scanning, triage, remediation tracking, and reporting.
Drive Assessment and Authorization under the Risk Management Framework, including control implementation and artifacts.
For project management and integrator roles, plan, schedule, and coordinate integration work across teams.
For project management and integrator roles, keep risks, dependencies, and delivery on track.
