About The Position

This is a 6-month assignment located in Washington, DC 20005, with a hybrid work arrangement (once or twice a month on-site). The role involves developing and implementing security solutions, administering security technology systems, and advising management on cybersecurity policies, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of relevant IT security experience.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.

  • Knowledge of hardware and software, networks, data centers, systems, and cybersecurity-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Install and set up SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) and customize/configure it for governance policies and procedures.
  • Assist with day-to-day activities related to SailPoint IIQ, including development, testing, and roll-out phases.
  • Provide expertise in customizing SailPoint IIQ LCM provisioning workflow and developing custom workflows.
  • Integrate and manage various resource adapters/connectors such as Active Directory, JDBC, Flat file resources, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, and WebServices.
  • Set up SailPoint IIQ custom tasks and reports.
  • Document all steps and activities during the implementation for FEPOC.
  • Assist with day-to-day support of security solutions.
  • Provide engineering support and system administration of specialized cybersecurity solutions.
  • Solve complex problems and answer routine questions about cybersecurity software.
  • Identify potential conflicts with the implementation of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Answer routine questions about cybersecurity solutions.
  • Review and analyze cybersecurity solution system logs for performance and functional anomalies.
  • Work with system design architects and project managers to provide security requirements.
