About The Position

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise cybersecurity architecture solutions across cloud and hybrid environments, with a focus on Microsoft Azure. Develop and maintain cybersecurity governance frameworks, standards, policies, and best practices. Collaborate with engineering, development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure secure architecture and implementation of applications and platforms. Support AI-related security initiatives, including governance, risk management, and secure AI adoption strategies. Drive cloud security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and remediation planning. Oversee implementation of security controls for applications, APIs, infrastructure, automation platforms, and data services. Manage and guide cybersecurity architecture and engineering teams on enterprise security initiatives. Partner with development teams to integrate security into SDLC and DevSecOps practices. Support Power BI security architecture, access governance, data protection, and reporting controls. Lead automation and orchestration initiatives to improve cybersecurity operations and governance processes. Participate in architecture review boards, governance committees, and security advisory meetings. Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and security solutions to enhance enterprise cybersecurity posture. Ensure compliance with industry frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, and cloud security best practices. Provide mentorship, technical leadership, and strategic direction to cybersecurity and engineering teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, security architecture, or engineering roles.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms and cloud security implementations.
Hands-on experience in cybersecurity architecture, governance, implementation, and engineering.
Experience supporting AI security, governance, or secure AI implementation initiatives.
Strong understanding of security frameworks, governance models, and risk management practices.
Experience with automation services, scripting, orchestration, or security automation initiatives.
Knowledge of Power BI security, data governance, and reporting environments.
Experience collaborating with development and engineering teams in Agile/DevSecOps environments.
Strong understanding of identity and access management, network security, application security, and infrastructure security.
Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
