Requirements

  • Active security clearance with polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a DSP focus from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience developing DSP algorithms on projects that follow established software processes.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional programming experience using C++, Linux, Python (or comparable languages).

  • Signal Experience: DSP (Digital Signal Processing)
  • Short Burst Duration/Hopping DSP detect / processing/MUX Signals
  • Signal Detection and Processing Techniques: Energy Detection / Channelization
  • DSS (Digital Signal Synthesizer)
  • Current US Security Clearance
  • RF protocol experience (i.e. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LTE, 5G)
  • RF Applications experience
  • RF Signal Processing experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee one or more software development teams and ensure that our work is excellent and matches or exceeds the outline of the software development process being used on any particular project.
  • Mentor and guide team members.
  • Consult and analyze user requirements and translate that information to build software design and performance requirements.
  • Design and code new software or modify existing code to add new features.
  • Debug existing software and correct defects.
  • Make recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards.
  • Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.
