As a Cyber Requirements Manager, you’ll bring your leadership, strategic, tactical, technical, Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF), Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Air Force Requirements process, high combatant command, and operational knowledge and skills to work with leaders in missile field operations, operational test, policy, organizational alignment and training requirements on projects for the Air Force. You’ll sharpen your skills as you research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, support, and equip the operational units, test organizations and interoperability of future systems elements. Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience leading command and control systems security and support roles across the strategic enterprise
  • Experience supporting the activation of the Sentinel system for full-time 24/7 cyberspace warfighter support at 3 missile sites and accommodating cyberspace support at the Vandenberg test site and airborne operations capabilities
  • Experience managing the Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan tailored to the Sentinel environment
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity Concept of Employment (COE), managing the evolution of these requirements over time, and producing an evolving Cyberspace Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience developing and maintaining a platform Cyber Insider Threat Protection, Monitoring, and Response Plan
  • Experience with higher headquarters generation of a Cybersecurity Continuity of Operations (COOP) Plan requirements
  • Experience analyzing Nuclear Surety tenets aligned with Cybersecurity controls and creating plans for Sentinel Nuclear Surety Inspection applications
