About The Position

This role involves providing IT technical support with a focus on mobile security, requiring travel to 37 locations within the 5 boroughs of NYC on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in IT Technical Support in an enterprise environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating system.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting mobile devices running Android or Apple iOS operating systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Android, and iOS devices.
• Experience using ticketing systems for task assignment and resolution.
• Associate's degree in computer science, cybersecurity engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Android, and Apple iOS operating systems.
• Ability to understand and follow broad and complex instructions in verbal and written form.
• Ability to comprehend technical language and to confer, analyze, and communicate in an objective, lucid manner.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to needed changes.

Responsibilities
