About The Position
As a Cyber Practice Account Analyst, you'll play an important role in supporting the continued growth and success of Patriot's National Cyber Liability Practice. This is an opportunity to build specialized expertise in one of the insurance industry's fastest-evolving sectors while helping agencies and clients navigate cyber liability coverage with confidence. In this role, you'll work closely with the Cyber Practice Leader, partner agencies, carriers, and internal teams to support policy administration, account servicing, compliance activities, and business growth initiatives. Your attention to detail, service mindset, and commitment to operational excellence will help ensure a seamless experience for clients and agency partners while supporting the expansion of Patriot's cyber liability solutions.
Requirements
- College degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Active Property & Casualty Producer license or the ability to obtain one after hire.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic document formatting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, carriers, partner agencies, accounting teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining professional standards.
Nice To Haves
- Previous insurance, account servicing, agency operations, or customer service experience.
- Experience with Applied EPIC agency management system.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance operations, specialty insurance products, or surplus lines processes.
- Experience processing policy documents, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and related account servicing activities.
- Interest in developing expertise in Cyber Liability insurance and the small to mid-sized business marketplace.
- Experience supporting carrier relationships, agency partnerships, or insurance distribution channels.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development within the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Support new business, renewals, policy servicing, and account management activities for the National Cyber Liability Practice.
- Coordinate policy workflows, including submission tracking, quote preparation, binding activities, policy issuance, and documentation management.
- Maintain accurate account records and policy documentation within agency management systems and electronic files.
- Assist with endorsements, cancellations, billing-related activity, and day-to-day servicing requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Support surplus lines compliance requirements and maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards.
- Partner with agencies, carriers, and internal stakeholders to strengthen cyber liability opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
- Issue certificates of insurance, distribute policies, and ensure servicing transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to resolve policy, billing, cancellation, and client service matters.
