About The Position

When our country’s cyber security is on the line, simply reacting is not enough—we need a plan. And when that plan needs to support the Army's enterprise network, we need strategic policy development. That’s why we need you, a Cyber Operations Planner with the expertise required to analyze the policies that determine our cyber resilience. You’ll assist in developing strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions and make recommendations to ensure compliance to support full-spectrum Cyberspace Operations. You'll also provide domain and functional subject matter input to briefings, transition concepts to execution, and assist in the coordination of operational planning in support of training, exercises, combat, and contingency plans and operations for the development of TTPs, CONOPs, COAs, and other related documents related to fully-cyberspace operations. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, cyber operations, or operational planning activities
  • Experience planning or developing artifacts, such as CONOPS, COAs, TTPs, SOPs, or contingency plans
  • Experience supporting the development, coordination, or execution of plans, policies, procedures, strategies or operational documentation
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity and cyberspace operations, concepts, principles, and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic operational environment
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • DoD 8140 Cybersecurity certification such as Security+, SecurityX, CISSP, CEH, or GCTI certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in Army or DoD environments
  • Experience with leading teams and complex projects
  • Ability to coordinate across technical, operational, and management stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze operational requirements and provide recommendations to leadership
  • Master's degree
  • Advanced Cybersecurity certifications
