About The Position

Lead a team of Engineers with full stack accountability for technologies utilized to deliver Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management and Cloud identities Cybersecurity services. Provide day-to-day management of the team's work and other efforts ensuring an effective balance of the workload across the team. Drive or inform technology direction based on security and customer requirements. Partner closely with Security Architecture and other security stakeholders to ensure alignment between security control framework, deployed technologies, and desired vs. achieve outcomes. Engage proactively with key stakeholders and partners outside security, including IT and Application teams to understand technology direction and align security capabilities accordingly. Stay up to date on new tools and techniques and act as driver for innovation. Drive continual improvement processes to enhance the end-user experience, increase technology value, and improve security posture. Provide high-quality training, management, and mentorship for the IAM team members located across various geographies. Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology
7 years of experience required
