Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of related experience
Proven experience implementing and managing governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (ie. CMMC, ISO, or NIST)
US Person
Strategic thinking and the ability to align governance efforts with business goals.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Proficiency in tools and platforms related to cyber governance and risk management.
Strong understanding of federal regulatory and compliance requirements across agencies.
Ability to assess cybersecurity risks and implement controls to mitigate risks.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide and grow a team.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex security issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborative mindset to work with business units, senior executives, and external partners.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Nice To Haves

Experience w/ government contracting or federal environment preferred
Experience w/ NIST 800-171, NIST 800-053 preferred

Responsibilities

Lead/Manage/Support Cyber and IT functions in support of the Governance Framework
Collaborate with all core GDIT corporate functions
Drive risk and compliance outcomes for the GDIT enterprise network
Utilize deep understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management to ensure organizational accountability
