About The Position

Peraton is seeking an experienced Cyberspace Intelligence Analyst to join their USCYBERCOM team located in Fort Meade, MD. This role involves providing input for the development of plans, orders, and related documents to enable Cyber Operations (CO) and Information Operations (IO) to meet approved mission outcomes. The analyst will participate in Joint Planning Groups and Operational Planning Groups/Teams, integrating cyber capabilities into plans and operations. They will apply operational art and design to develop plans, create orders, support execution and assessments, and adjust plans as needed. Collaboration with cyber intelligence planners to establish intelligence requirements and evaluate current and emerging threats is crucial. The position also facilitates C2, employment, and support requirements for various mission teams and operational elements, while maintaining knowledge of operational capabilities and Mission Relevant Terrain – in Cyberspace (MRT – C). The analyst will monitor strategies, doctrine, policies, and directives from higher echelon headquarters, making recommendations for guidance. Additionally, they will develop and integrate cyberspace capabilities into training and exercises.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as an Intel Analyst, with cyber or SIGINT support to cyber focus.
  • Minimum of High School Diploma.
  • Highly organized, flexible multitasker; strong attention to detail/organization; excellent communications skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated initiative solving problems in past roles and responsibilities.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher desired.
  • Completion of Joint Cyber Analyst Course (JCAC).
  • Prior cyber planning and operational experience at component/team levels.
  • Operational planning and/or cyber-related courses.
  • Requisite experience creating PowerPoint briefing and presentations.
  • Cyber Mission Force operations experience and artificial intelligence awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Provides input for development of plans, orders and related documents that enable CNMF to conduct Cyber Operations (CO) and Information Operations (IO) to meet approved mission outcomes
  • Participates in Joint Planning Groups and Operational Planning Groups/Teams; develops and integrates cyber capabilities into plans and operations supporting Cyber Command/other supported Commands
  • Applies operational art/design to develop plans to achieve desired intermediate objectives and end states; develops orders; helps orchestrate/support execution and assessments; adjusts plans as needed
  • Collaborates with cyber intelligence planners to establish intelligence requirements; understands and evaluates current and emerging threats shaping and affecting tasked mission areas of responsibility
  • Facilitates C2, employment and support requirements for National Mission Teams, Combat Mission Teams, Combat Support Teams, Cyber Protect Teams, and other mission-tailored operational elements
  • Maintains knowledge and understanding of available and developmental operational capabilities, and Mission Relevant Terrain – in Cyberspace (MRT – C) germane to CNMF operations
  • Monitors/reviews strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher echelon headquarters; makes recommendations to help establish most effective guidance for plans/operations
  • Develops and helps integrate cyberspace capabilities into training and exercises as required
