SAIC is looking for a Cyber Engineer with experience in US Navy IT networks. This role involves ensuring Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert Management (IAVM), Communications Task Orders (CTOs), STIG compliance and reporting, and maintaining compliance with IAVM mandated timeframes. The Cyber Engineer will identify cyber security requirements prior to customer migration, perform DADMS and DITPR-DON adds and renewals, and maintain security compliance for network applications and software. This includes responding to all IAVMs, EXORS, OPORDs, and CTOs for infrastructure and tracking of patches in an enterprise environment. The position also requires providing support for cyber security and system Data Calls, supplying Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM) data to ensure compliance with technical directives and mitigate vulnerabilities. A key responsibility is creating, attaining, managing, and maintaining Assessment and Authorization (A&A) packages under RMF for common control provider and information system owner packages, and maintaining these packages in eMASS. The role involves assisting government team leads with RMF documentation, tracking STIG releases, and participating in STIG implementation. Additionally, the Cyber Engineer will support reporting on Audit Readiness capability, develop processes for maintaining and enforcing security for infrastructure, and assist with IAVM requirements reporting. The position also entails supporting security/IA requirements definition, recommending security controls, documenting A&A requirements and processes, executing security scans, and reporting on customer hosted systems accreditation status. Finally, the Cyber Engineer will provide vulnerability assessment scans and evaluate, recommend, integrate, and implement innovative and automated continuous monitoring capabilities.
