About The Position

CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Analyst supporting the Department of Homeland Security’s Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program. In this role, you’ll work on an agile, fast‑paced team delivering cyber capabilities to multiple federal agencies. You’ll support the Service Delivery Manager and engineering team with planning, implementation, and ongoing operations for cloud‑based continuous monitoring services. This position offers broad exposure to federal cybersecurity, multiple capabilities, and an industry‑leading shared services platform. This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to be in our Fairfax, VA office a minimum of two days per week.

Requirements

U.S. citizenship (required for contract and clearance requirements).
Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, or a related field.
Strong writing and documentation skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Highly collaborative with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate requirements into actionable user stories.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Agile methodology.
Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Maintain agency project schedules and provide updates to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Identify, develop, and improve processes for scheduling and coordination.
Create and maintain documentation, including meeting minutes, analysis summaries, and slide decks.
Participate in roadmap and innovation sessions to refine requirements and support the shared services roadmap.
Provide quality oversight for PMO reports, including risk and mitigation plans.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and help enhance Agile practices.
