We’re entering a high-growth phase and are looking for a Customer Experience Engineer (CX Engineer) to help our customers successfully adopt AllSpice and expand usage across their engineering teams. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer engagement and close collaboration with product, engineering, and revenue leadership. The ideal candidate is an engineer who enjoys working directly with customers, thrives in highly technical environments, and can translate engineering workflows into scalable adoption across organizations. This is a post-sales role where success is measured by customer outcomes, product adoption, and identifying opportunities to expand AllSpice across existing accounts.
