Palmetto is looking for a motivated and curious student to join the Customer Experience (CX) team for a summer internship. This role sits at the intersection of AI, customer operations, and business strategy, giving you hands-on exposure to how a high-growth clean energy company is building the future of automated customer support. You will work directly alongside our CX AI team on real initiatives, not hypothetical projects. That means contributing to Sunny, our AI support agent built on Intercom, and helping improve how we use data, automation, and AI to resolve customer issues faster and more effectively. This role is built for someone who wants to learn by doing and is comfortable moving fast in an environment where the work actually ships.
