Requirements

Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes
Must meet all Work Study eligibility requirements through the Financial Aid Office
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Typical office Business Hours M-Th 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. F 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. summer M-Th 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 pm
Periodic evening and weekend hours during peak periods (e.g., open enrollment, payroll)
Occasional travel (less than 10%)

Responsibilities

Serves as point of contact for students seeking information about activities
Help create and post promotional materials, including flyers, social media posts, and announcements.
Work with volunteers, organization leaders, and MC faculty and staff to organize all programs and events
Aid the Chap Pantry with organizing, cleaning, and inventory.
Available for open pantry day check-ins and work the desk.
Office and clerical tasks
Make copies
Filing
Other duties as assigned.
