UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital is home to a dynamic and close-knit Heart and Vascular team, with two Cath Labs, Cardiac Rehab, and Cardio diagnostics where clinical excellence meets cutting-edge technology. Requirements

Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, LPN license, or Paramedic license.
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification (Required within 12 months of hire) OR Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Certification (Required within 12 months of hire) if no degree.
BLS required
ACLS required

Nice To Haves

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification (preferred)
FL Certified Radiologic Technologist license OR FL Registered Respiratory Therapist license OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification OR Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Certification if no ARRT and no degree.

Responsibilities

Monitors procedures, including all diagnostic and interventional coronary and peripheral catheterization studies.
Ensures safe patient care.
Works as a scrub assistant.
