About The Position

GardaWorld, a leader in cash services, is hiring a CVS Productions Supervisor. This role is responsible for leading, engaging, motivating, and holding assigned team members or work areas accountable. The supervisor ensures accurate and efficient work product, coordinates the flow of work, and provides direction and guidance to team members. They will research complex out-of-balance transactions, monitor productivity standards, and conduct daily huddles to foster communication and celebrate success. The supervisor must ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Additionally, they are responsible for identifying and mitigating safety and security risks, and ensuring compliance with escalation and security notification policies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency Degree Required
  • Excellent Mathematic, Verbal, and Comprehension Skills Required
  • Experience working in a fast paced, repetitive process and secure production environment Required
  • Ability to take ownership of issues, break down barriers, and make decisions Required

Nice To Haves

  • BS/BA Preferred
  • Understanding and Proficiency in workgroup daily tasks Highly Recommended
  • 2 + Years active experience in a production type operation Highly Recommended
  • Ability to create a level of engagement and collaboration with peer supervisors to ensure seamless flow of work from area to area

Responsibilities

  • Leading, engaging, motivating, and accountability of assigned team members or CVS work area (production, pack-out, etc.)
  • Weekly scheduling of assigned team members or work area, taking into account workflow volume, delivery times, and file transmission times to ensure zero customer impact.
  • Holding team members accountable for tardiness and unexcused attendance.
  • Ensuring the team’s accurate and efficient work product (processing, pack-out, etc.)
  • Driving the coordination and flow of work to the team’s work area, ensuring completion of all assigned work prior to team member being relieved from their shift.
  • Providing direction and guidance to team members requiring additional direction.
  • Independently researching a variety of complex out-of-balance transactions and making necessary approvals.
  • Monitoring productivity standards and holding team members accountable for meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Assisting with training for productivity improvement.
  • Conducting daily Huddles with workgroup for effective two-way communication, including sharing productivity results, highlighting customer impacting issues, and celebrating success.
  • Ensuring workgroup maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures, including individual bank and state and federal regulations.
  • Viewing daily activities to identify process improvement opportunities, engaging other supervisors and managers to discuss and execute improvements.
  • Actively identifying safety and security risks, mitigating identified deficiencies, and reporting any identified concerns or discoveries to manager.
  • Ensuring Compliance with Company Escalation and Security Notification Policies.
  • Ensuring Teller’s balance orders/deposits with appropriate balancing documents.
  • Ensuring balanced work is assigned and custody control assigned to the Vault Custodian.
