About The Position
Seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist to support a cardiovascular operating room team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiovascular and vascular surgical procedures and be comfortable performing both scrub and circulating duties in a fast-paced surgical environment. This is a contract position for 13 weeks.
Requirements
- NBSTSA Certification required
- BLS Certification required
- Minimum 1 year of CVOR or Surgical Technologist experience
- Experience scrubbing and circulating required
- On-call responsibilities required

Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for cardiovascular procedures
- Scrub and circulate during cardiovascular and vascular surgeries
- Maintain sterile technique and infection prevention standards
- Anticipate surgeon and procedural needs throughout cases
- Ensure accurate instrument, sponge, and supply counts
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff to optimize patient outcomes
