CVOR Scrub RN - PRN
About The Position
The Clinical Nurse is a registered nurse who partners with and advocates for patients, families, and significant others, providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to promote patient outcomes in a safe environment. The RN demonstrates professionalism and promotes excellence and autonomy in nursing practice, using the nursing process and evidence-based principles to care for a diverse caseload within the department’s scope of service. The RN serves as a guide, healer, collaborator, teacher, leader, and sentry, and collaborates with and guides care delivered by the interprofessional team. The RN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, the Nursing Code of Ethics, and applicable regulatory standards. This is a PRN support position with no call.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing.
- Valid Ohio RN license.
- CVOR experience as an RN is required.
- Ability to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong organization skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
