About The Position

This position requires an active NJ or Compact license and BLS certification. The role involves 2.5 years of experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) and Hybrid Room settings, with a preference for scrubbing skills. Experience in transplant procedures (cardiac, lung, and/or kidney) is essential. Specific cardiovascular procedures include valve replacement, CABG, TAVR, aortic aneurysm repair, dissection, and VATs. Vascular procedures include endovascular AAA, carotid endarterectomy, arteriogram, angiogram, TCAR, AV fistula, and femoral popliteal bypass graft.

Requirements

• Active NJ or Compact license
• BLS certification
• 2.5 years of experience
• CVOR experience
• Hybrid Room experience (circulate required, scrub preferred)
• Transplant experience (Cardiac, lung, and/or kidney experience highly preferred)
• Experience with valve replacement
• Experience with Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG)
• Experience with Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)
• Experience with Aortic Aneurysm Repair
• Experience with Dissection procedures
• Experience with Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS)
• Experience with Endovascular AAA
• Experience with Carotid Endarterectomy
• Experience with Arteriogram
• Experience with Angiogram
• Experience with Trans Carotid Artery Revascularization (TCAR)
• Experience with AV fistula creation
• Experience with Femoral Popliteal Bypass Graft

Nice To Haves

• Scrubbing skills in Hybrid Room

Responsibilities

• Circulate in CVOR and Hybrid Rooms.
• Scrub in CVOR and Hybrid Rooms (preferred).
• Perform procedures related to cardiac transplant (lung and/or kidney experience highly preferred).
• Assist with cardiovascular procedures such as valve replacement, CABG, TAVR, aortic aneurysm repair, dissection, and VATs.
• Assist with vascular procedures including endovascular AAA, carotid endarterectomy, arteriogram, angiogram, TCAR, AV fistula, and femoral popliteal bypass graft.
