CVOR Clinical Nurse II - $15k Sign on Bonus
About The Position
Holy Cross Health, a full-service, not-for-profit, Catholic, teaching hospital in Fort Lauderdale, is seeking extraordinary nurses for its Operating Room. As a member of Trinity Health, one of the largest multi-institutional Catholic health care delivery systems, Holy Cross Hospital operates in the spirit of the Sisters of Mercy, providing compassionate and holistic person-centered care. The 557-bed hospital offers progressive inpatient, outpatient, community outreach services, and clinical research trials. The ideal candidate for this full-time day shift position will be a strong patient advocate with at least two years of Operating Room experience, demonstrating assessment, evaluation, and technical skills gained from scrubbing in a variety of complex surgical procedures in various specialties.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited (ACEN/CCNE) school of nursing
- At least two years of OR experience in an acute care setting and working with Hearts
- FL RN license
- BLS from AHA
- ACLS
Nice To Haves
- Two to three years of scrubbing or circulating experience in a busy OR
- Orthopedic and ortho-spine experience plus open heart highly preferred
- CNOR preferred
