About The Position
HireNow Staffing is recruiting Registered Nurses for four Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit openings in Ocala, Florida. Nurses with at least two years of PCU RN experience are encouraged to apply. Requirements
- At least two years of PCU RN experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license or multistate compact RN license authorizing practice in Florida
- No current or previous disciplinary action against any nursing license
- Availability for three 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends
Nice To Haves
- Prior CVICU, cardiovascular critical-care, or ICU experience would strengthen a candidate's profile.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients receiving cardiovascular intensive care.
- Recognize changes in cardiac rhythm, vital signs, and clinical condition and promptly escalate concerns.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Support timely responses to patient deterioration and clinical emergencies.
- Educate patients and families about treatment, recovery, and care transitions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow patient-safety and infection-prevention practices.
Benefits
- Base pay $32.00 – $48.00 per hour, based on experience
- Night differential $4.25 per hour.
- $10,000 incentive listed through September 25; eligibility and terms apply.
