The CVD Equipment Technician is responsible for performing activities involved with the recovery of CVD tools from PM including qualifications. Technicians will perform preventative maintenance on CVD equipment and recovery of equipment faults. Daily equipment process and equipment trend monitoring will be required, as is responding to interlocks in a timely manner. Documenting / communicating material from tool interruptions to Process and team to ensure the material is measured and dispositioned correctly. Technician will interact with Shift Supervisor in scheduling PMs and delivering ETAs for tool recovery while documenting/following standard operating procedures during BM/PM execution. High energy with a focus on Quality and detail is required. All technicians will participate in site compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in the semiconductor space
Experience troubleshooting the 300mm AMAT Producer toolset.
Must have high volume semiconductor fabrication experience.

Nice To Haves

Expertise on AMAT robots and chemical delivery systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled maintenance following detailed SOP.
Troubleshooting equipment failures.
Monitor and respond to abnormal equipment signals, alarms, and interlocks.
Work with senior personnel and engineers to perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
Correct and generate SOPs when required.
