Requirements

Strong ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple tasks effectively
High sense of urgency with a commitment to company goals
Experience using SIS, DBS, and other Caterpillar systems
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications
Data-driven mindset with experience working within structured systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

Process parts kit orders and support CVA fulfillment activities
Monitor email notifications from external systems and perform follow-up as needed
Maintain Smartsheets for POS and aftermarket CVA tracking
Coordinate CFAS ordering and fulfillment
Complete POS CVA registrations accurately and timely
Manage Population Alignment Smartsheets and tracking tools
Assist the Product Support Data Analyst with DBS alignment activities
Support additional Product Support tasks and projects as assigned
