About The Position
The Cut & Wrap Associate prepares product (cheeses) to meet customer specifications in compliance with company policy related to GMP’s and Safety.
Requirements
- Able to read and comprehend standard operating procedures
- Participation in a team environment safely
- Detail oriented and quality-minded
- Able to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of High School diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Maintain area, equipment, and personal sanitation
- Package, wrap, weigh, stamp, mark and accurately label merchandise
- Perform handheld functions using a handheld scanner
- Operate a hand pallet jack
- Conduct daily equipment and work area cleaning/sanitation procedures
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager
