About The Position

This position involves stacking racks of finished product onto carts and transferring the product to other areas of the Plant. The role also includes removing racks of finished product from the stack off belt for transport and placing a label on the racks to identify the product. The Stacker will maintain a supply of racks, rack dividers, and wheels as required and will rotate with the Rack Pusher. The job requires the ability to work in damp/cool conditions and perform other duties as assigned by management and group leaders.

Requirements

Must be able to work in damp/cool conditions.
Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to and from workstations.
Must be able to use a gripping motion to pick up finished Racks.
Must be able to lift and stack racks of product up to height of 6 feet.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds or more repetitively and stack them according to specifications.
Must be able to stand the duration of shift approximately an average of 8 hours.
Must have good hand/eye coordination.
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Rehires are subject to a 91-day wait period, determined from their last date of employment, to apply for FRESH PLANT.
Candidates that have worked for Tyson Foods or Tyson affiliates 3 or more times will not be eligible for rehire.

Standing for the duration of the shift (approximately 8 hours).
Bending, twisting, and turning the body from side to side.
Performing other duties as tasked by administration.
Performing all other duties as assigned by management and group leaders.
