The Saw Operator Pouring will slice bun blocks according to customer specifications in a cost-efficient manner.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job.
- Good mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities
- At the beginning of each shift, receive work orders from supervisor.
- Ensure the saw is operating correctly during the cutting of newly poured foam buns.
- Program/check band saw with the correct size according to the customer specifications.
- Turn on band saw machine and begin the cutting of the product.
- Label and stencil needed information on each block cut as it moves down the pouring tunnel.
- Clean pouring trough.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping practices in production area.
- Practice proper safety techniques.
- Follow all procedures and guidelines.
- Perform various manual duties to assist in the pouring department.
