Responsibilities
- Builds cut fruit in retail packaging per given recipes and guides.
- Makes all prep associated with the product according to given recipes and daily pars.
- Maintains cleanliness and aesthetic of display cases and fridges.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage area.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Answer, report, and follow GM/KM instructions.
