Requirements

Responsibilities

Supervise and train cut fruit associates, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
Coordinate daily production schedules and assign tasks to ensure timely preparation and packaging of cut fruit products.
Monitor inventory levels of cut fruit products and assist with ordering and restocking activities to maintain adequate stock levels.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the cut fruit preparation area, including cleaning equipment and surfaces.
Perform quality checks on cut fruit products to ensure accuracy and adherence to food safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their cut fruit selections and answering questions about products.
Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to team goals and objectives.
